I take a holistic approach to design and development. I strive to understand your market, your audience and your core business drivers in-depth, so that I can correlate every design and engineering decision directly back to helping you achieve your business goals.

To deliver this outcome, my process has four stages:

1. Research And Discussion –

I’ll begin by discussing your overarching vision in depth, and then performing a rigorous audit of your market space. What are your goals and drivers? Who are your core audience? What are their concerns and values? Who are your competitors? What are the needs of your internal stakeholders? On completing this audit report, I will present this to you and with your feedback, we will continue to the next phase.

2. Ideas And Design –

This stage involves rapid and collaborative discussion on the nuts-and-bolts design and functionality requirements, concepts, layouts and design direction. Once we’ve agreed on a finalised look and feel, I will create high fidelity prototypes, mock-ups and functionality models of the final product for your sign off before we continue to the next phase.

3. The Build Out –

Once the concept and design has been agreed I will bring the mock-ups to life. Deliverables will include setting up the staging servers and realising the fully functional designs.

4. Beta Launch And Going Live –

The staged site will be soft launched (password protected) and I will collaborate with you and your chosen test group regarding any required amends and tweaks. Finally, the site will go live to the world (if I am hosting your site) or I will hand over the finished product for you to deploy on your own server, or with your chosen hosting provider.
